April Adventures Across The Atlas

Well done my fellow family members! I am overjoyed with seeing you progress towards one of the many destinations we are going to in our future.

     
I have earned 30 more miles for the month of April from conditioning in the evenings. The conditioning is separate from my practices.


Healthy Changes Include:

vitamins (daily)

smoothies (they're not necessarily healthy when you get them from Smoothie King) ;)

walks

reading more

eating 3 healthy meals with a small snack in between

eating less sugar

drinking less soda

cleaning up your messes after you make them

  1. The evenings are turning hot. I wonder where we will end up in the next couple of weeks, I'm hoping somewhere with some cool soothing breezes.

    Our awesome stow away gave me a great idea and I'm going to give you my April FitBit steps in hopes of some extra miles. Woohoo, that Mr. Peanut sure is smart.

    Auntie Rose:
    20 minutes of running
    10 minutes of ab excercises
    2 healthy meals

    1 MILE(H20)
    2 healthy meals

    man that sure sounds like a lot but it isn't....I pledge to double it in May!

  2. I exercised an average of 45 minutes Monday though Saturday this week. I also colored for 30 minutes and went to church for 3 hours for my happy place miles.
